Muvoza stores only the data needed to run the platform, personalize your experience and keep payments and notifications working correctly.
Location and geocoding providers
When you search for an address, Muvoza sends the search text to OpenStreetMap Nominatim. If that service is unavailable, rate-limited or has no result, Google Geocoding is used as a fallback. Results are cached to reduce requests. Do not enter confidential information in address searches.
Cookies and consent
Essential cookies are required for login, security, payments and language. Analytics, marketing and partner-data cookies are optional and can be enabled or disabled from Settings at any time.
Commercial partner data
Muvoza may monetize aggregated or pseudonymized audience and facility insights with selected suppliers and sports partners only when the relevant consent is active. We do not sell directly identifiable personal data without a valid legal basis and user control.
Advertising and sports-interest personalization
Free accounts may see clearly labelled advertising. With marketing consent, Muvoza may use broad sports interests selected in your profile to choose a relevant ad category. We do not send your user ID, email, exact age or profile identity as Google targeting values. Without consent, demo advertising remains contextual or general and optional measurement is disabled. Premium accounts do not receive ads.
GDPR rights
You can request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion of your personal data. Use the account tools for export/delete flows or contact Muvoza support for specific requests.
